Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale. As an ICU Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure delegated care is provided in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nursing License for the state of Texas.
- Current AHA BLS Certification (alternative CPR card is accepted upon hire with 30 days granted to complete the AHA course provided by the company).
- Current AHA ACLS Certification (ARC is accepted upon hire with 30 days granted to complete the AHA course provided by the company).
