Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lompoc Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, and develop patient care plans. You will also administer medications, follow up with families, and provide exceptional care to all patients while adhering to federal, state, and company regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients, ensuring their needs are met and their safety is maintained.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timing.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  • Nursing experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility, LTC, or hospital.
  • Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills.
