Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
- ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
