Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and effective completion of all service requests and work orders
  • Execute assigned maintenance tasks as per make-ready sheets
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Oversee maintenance of pools and spas, including chemical testing and cleanliness
  • Maintain the property grounds and maintenance shop
  • Respond to emergency calls after hours
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
  • Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily maintenance
  • Preferred experience in painting
  • Familiarity with all building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turnover process
  • Knowledge of plumbing, pool, and spa maintenance
  • Experience in appliance repair, electrical work, and basic roofing
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
  • 40-hour work week with on-call rotation; weekend availability is necessary
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential, including the ability to use ladders and perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures
