Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the on-site construction workforce, including all subcontractors.

  • Review and understand the project schedule and budget, ensuring compliance.
  • Guarantee that quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site as required.

  • Oversee on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate with inspection authorities to secure necessary approvals.

  • Ensure that all self-performed work is completed on schedule and within budget, including participating in physical tasks as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong planning abilities, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingency planning.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment, safe operating procedures, and maintenance indicators.

  • Effective leadership skills, including motivation, goal setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.

  • Physically fit to work on a construction site and assist team members with heavy loads and material preparation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial construction site manager preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Skilled in taking and uploading digital photographs.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate heavy machinery.
  • Capability to interpret and construct according to drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
