Job Title: Dirt Foreman

Webber, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dirt Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dirt work projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and address any concerns to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the management of tools, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in highway and road construction, with a focus on dirt work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:

The Dirt Foreman will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to changing weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
