Job Title: Employment Education Consultant ~ Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Education Consultant to join our team at LAUNCH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document participants' skills, needs, and interests to determine suitable employment opportunities and required supports.
  • Research, develop, and create internships and employment opportunities that cater to individual needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, human resources groups, and employment networks to facilitate job placements.
  • Provide job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their employment goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology preferred.
  • Customer service, sales, or training experience is highly desirable.
  • Basic technology and email skills are essential.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse learning styles and abilities is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work one-on-one with individuals and be passionate about making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Two years of experience in employment, job coaching, and/or resume building is required.
