Compensation and Benefits

Job Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You'll make pizzas for a diverse range of customers, from pineapple adventurers to pepperoni perfectionists. Together, we're creating an experience dedicated to making sure everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making customers pizzas, salads, and more
  • Packaging customer orders with urgency
  • FOLLOWING all food safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
  • Demonstrating the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, and fast) on every shift
  • Having fun and working together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • A passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
  • The ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
  • A history of consistent attendance and punctuality
  • An interest to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the restaurant
