About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing services at the PRMCE Pacific Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure effective labor management relationships and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed).
  • 5 years of acute care professional experience (within the last seven years).
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative supervisor or director preferred.
