Job Overview:
Kennesaw State University is seeking an experienced Nursing Program Coordinator to manage the Certified Nursing Assistant program. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing and adult education principles, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the CNA/NATP training program, recruiting and hiring qualified instructors, supervising instruction, and ensuring compliance with NATP standards. Additionally, they will oversee the performance and evaluation of all program offerings, serve as the primary point-of-contact for healthcare and clinical partners, and assist in achieving short and long-term goals for program expansion.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a current and valid Georgia Registered Nurse license, and at least two years of experience as a licensed RN, including one year in a long-term care environment, are required. Preferred qualifications include BLS Instructor Certification, an advanced degree in a related field, and extensive knowledge of NATP standards.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
