Job Summary

The CNA Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and functional aspects of the CNA program, including hiring, onboarding, observing, and evaluating qualified instructors. This role also involves preparing, scheduling, and successfully managing annual state audits to avoid probation status.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the CNA/NATP training program
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and perform NATP required onboarding and training of qualified CNA instructors
  • Supervise and observe instructors to ensure quality of instruction and faculty activities
  • Makes occasional on-site visits to classroom, lab, and/or clinical sites to ensure proper instruction is taking place and documenting progress related to those visits
  • Acts as the liaison between the clinical partners and Kennesaw State University, ensures clinical site availability
