Role Overview: As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by diagnosing, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on a diverse range of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment.   • Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality managers to deliver comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and specialty food service equipment.
  • Exhibit your mechanical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and proficiency in interpreting diagrams and schematics.
  • Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service devices.
  • Engage with manufacturers as necessary to assist with diagnostics and parts identification.
  • Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support.
  • Timely and professionally install all ordered parts in accordance with company policy.
  • Advocate for and recommend additional services offered by the company when appropriate.
  • Generate accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and inventory of truck stock.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and accident prevention protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, along with precise parts and tool inventory.
  • Meet productivity standards set by the company.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
