Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Child Protective Services Supervisors and Specialists, offering case management support.
  • Develop personalized service plans tailored to the specific needs of each family or individual.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field.
  • Previous experience in family services, social work, or case management is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse individuals and families.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support systems.
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Will participate in a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
