At Zaxby's, we are looking for a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee team operations and ensure smooth restaurant performance. This role involves setting goals, delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and enhancing guest experiences while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to a positive team culture and operational excellence. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Managing team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining high-quality food products and cleanliness standards
  • Enhancing guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with management to develop goals and report on progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to interact cooperatively with others
Capability Requirements

You must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, and walk continuously
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead
  • Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
  • Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment
