Zaxby's is a dynamic and fun work environment that fosters growth and development. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing team members, managing shift operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Train and coach team members to meet company standards, mentor and develop team members, and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
  • Guest Experience: Prioritize the guest and team member experience, resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner, and create a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
  • Shift Management: Create and maintain shift goals, delegate tasks to team members, supervise performance during a shift, and ensure operational standards and compliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Age and Transportation: Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
  • Schedule and Availability: Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certifications and Background Check: Successful completion of background check, food safety certification, and demonstration of leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

  • Compensation: Estimated annual salary: $30,000 - $45,000 based on location and experience.
