Warehouse Selector Job Description

At US Foods, we're committed to helping our customers succeed. As a Warehouse Selector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate and damage-free orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select customer orders with precision and accuracy
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards
  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely
  • Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment
  • Validate product selection and ensure damage-free orders
  • Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
  • Collaborate with team members to clear aisles of debris and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday
  • Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity
  • Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
