We are committed to continuous improvement and are seeking a highly motivated and engaged individual to join our team as a Production Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production employees working in the Laser area, providing assistance as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure that Laser Leads, Machine Operators, and Quality Control personnel adhere to established procedures and policies.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, providing coaching and disciplinary action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor employee productivity.
- Identify and lead improvement efforts to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Two to four years of related manufacturing experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on efficiency and clarity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate when necessary.
- Effective communication with team members of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
- Treat all team members with dignity and respect, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- High school diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree desired.
