Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise production employees working in the Laser area, providing assistance as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure that Laser Leads, Machine Operators, and Quality Control personnel adhere to established procedures and policies.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, providing coaching and disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor employee productivity.
  • Identify and lead improvement efforts to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Two to four years of related manufacturing experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on efficiency and clarity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate when necessary.
  • Effective communication with team members of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
  • Treat all team members with dignity and respect, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • High school diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree desired.
