Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the preparation and sale of products to meet customer expectations and speed of service guidelines.
  • Motivate and direct team members to provide fast and friendly service in a clean and inviting environment.
  • Supervise and train crew members on team stations, menu items, and company policies.
  • Support cultural initiatives and drive the implementation of company training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment law, food safety, and company policies.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of crew members.
  • Make decisions or recommendations on discipline and terminations of crew members.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to coach and train team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong interest in customer service.
  • Must have ServSafe certification.
  • Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work the night shift.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18.
