As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct nursing care in line with established protocols.
- Assessing patient conditions and administering medications.
- Monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Interpreting patient information to make informed decisions.
- Coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
