Job Summary
World Insurance Associates, LLC. is a leading insurance brokerage offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents. We specialize in personal and commercial insurance lines, surety and bonding, employee benefits, financial and retirement services, and human capital management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and solicit new business opportunities for the company
Generate a list of prospects and utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients
Ability to identify opportunities for cross-sell of other lines of insurance
Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage
Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency's renewal workflows.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospect, clients and associates
Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
Self-motivated and driven
HubSpot and related sales tools a definite plus
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
