Job Overview


As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will lead the strategic vision for in-store visual presentations to enhance product and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Management experience in marketing, merchandising, or retail is preferred.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by 18 months to 3 years of additional training.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Travel Expectations:
Regional travel may be required, less than 10%.

Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Interviewing, selecting, and training team members;
2. Directing team members' daily activities;
3. Evaluating team members' productivity and efficiency for potential promotions or status changes;

Design captivating displays that drive sales, utilizing merchandise, fixtures, and props in alignment with company standards to create memorable experiences for our customers.

Conduct daily floor walks to identify opportunities for enhancing the visual appeal of the store.

Prepare for weekly merchandising meetings by gathering and organizing relevant information.
Propose innovative merchandising strategies to elevate business outcomes.
