We are seeking a Telecommunications Real Estate Specialist to assist in various business operations.

Position: Telecommunications Real Estate Specialist
Pay: $35-41/hr. on W2 based on experience
Duration: 6 months or longer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills to collaborate with management.
  • Strive to achieve optimal outcomes, processes, and cost savings to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Investigate utility accounts using internal databases; if necessary, liaise with external contacts to facilitate account transfers and manage invoicing for reimbursements.
  • Address issues related to missing bills or service interruptions; communicate with various internal departments regarding payment statuses and coordinate with third-party billers to ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Manage communications regarding meter access, zero usage, and account closures.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets.
  • Background in the Utility/Energy sector.
