Position Overview
In this role, you will operate under minimal supervision to oversee, coordinate, and assess comprehensive patient care within the transport setting during your designated shift, aligning with established organizational values.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise transport staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster effective communication with other shifts to guarantee seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain positive relationships with referring and receiving departments, as well as nursing units.
- Engage in all aspects of training, record maintenance, and the enhancement of policies, procedures, and staff competencies.

Qualifications
- Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates Degree (Preferred)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

- Experience:
Minimum of 1 Year in critical care interfacility transport (Preferred)
At least 3 Years (minimum 4000 hours) in a 911 or equivalent environment as an EMT-Paramedic (Preferred)

- Licenses/Certifications:
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
EMT-P - Paramedic Certification (Required)
DRIVER - Valid Driver's License (Required)
EMSVO - EMS Vehicle Operator Certification (Required)
CCP-C - Critical Care Paramedic Certification (Preferred)
NREMT - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (Preferred)
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Preferred)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Preferred)
PHTLS - PreHospital Trauma Life Support (Preferred)
