Housekeeper

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A HOUSEKEEPER

This full-time position follows a standard schedule of
Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning vacant apartment units, hallways, community spaces, laundry facilities, restrooms, and other areas.

- Sanitizing bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, and floors.

- Cleaning and deodorizing kitchen areas, including cabinets, ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and floors.

- Polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.

- Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.

- Vacuuming carpets and rugs.

- Dusting furniture and equipment, as well as polishing metalwork.

- Dusting walls, ceilings, and woodwork, including windows and door frames.

- Washing the exterior of washers and dryers.

- Emptying waste receptacles and cleaning ashtrays.

- Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas.

- Adhering to all workplace rules, particularly those related to safety and health.
