Position Overview
Price Edwards and Company is seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our apartment complexes.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units, common areas, and amenities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Vacuuming carpets and scrubbing floors.
  • Managing waste disposal and ensuring a tidy environment.

Qualifications
