Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to ensure a coordinated approach in supporting individuals with ASD.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals on behavior management techniques.
  • Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training with our growing team of behavioral technicians.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Current BCBA license (depending on state)
  • Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
  • Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
