Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required
* Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact and BLS certification required
* 1 year of professional nursing experience in pediatric PACU
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
