Job Description

Accupac is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at our Mainland, PA location. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile transactions and gather historical data to compare budgets with actual expenses.
  • Monitor and track customer profitability.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive commercial forecast with the sales and S&OP teams.
  • Develop and maintain cost standards for products.
  • Analyze cost of material and labor to determine opportunities for reduction of production and inventory costs.
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting function, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  • Knowledge or experience in using sound judgement within broadly defined practices and policies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems.
