Your Role
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a significant commercial property. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal operational efficiency and financial success within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for the assigned property.
  • Engage directly with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a premier level of service for the property.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Essential Duties

  • Lead the property management team in addressing daily operational challenges.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with tenants, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget preparation and reporting.
  • Coordinate tenant improvements and collaborate with construction teams on projects.
  • Manage the annual audit process and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with real estate management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
