Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to address inquiries related to financial data and expenses, providing clear and effective communication.
- Utilize internal tracking tools and spreadsheets to monitor and report on expenses, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and accuracy.
- Confirm expenses against the purchase order to ensure accurate payment.
- Analyzing historical financial data to forecast future expenses and income.
- Oversee invoice processing, ensuring alignment with anticipated expenses, including verifying purchase orders and approvals.
- Implement and document record-keeping and accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Financial Analyst.
