About the Opportunity:
In this critical role as Lead Systems Engineer for Battery Pack Development, you will contribute significantly to the creation of cutting-edge battery technology. As part of our esteemed engineering team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced battery packs for the electric vehicle market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain detailed system designs, specifications, and technical documentation for battery packs.
2. Collaborate with the program manager to establish project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and testing of battery packs.
4. Work closely with suppliers to source and qualify materials, components, and manufacturing services.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
