Job Summary
Emanuel Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services during designated shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift.
- Assure patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.
- Assess staff need for the unit and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Support Nursing Department Director on various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Charge RN/Relief Charge experience preferred.
- Two to five years PCU experience.
