Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our team at Emanuel Medical Center. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned departments, including staffing, clinical care, and physician satisfaction, while meeting budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet cost targets as stated in the department's approved budget
  • Staff satisfaction as measured by turnover and the annual employee survey
  • Physician satisfaction as measured by physician satisfaction survey
  • Patient satisfaction as measured by applicable patient surveys
  • Management functions such as conducting regular staff meetings, ensuring staffing complies with ratios for safe patient care, employee counseling, monitoring of attendance and educational needs
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program
  • Licensure to practice in the State of California
  • Two years of prior nursing experience
  • Management Experience (Charge or Leadership) required
  • Current ACLS
  • Current BLS
