The role of the Route Sales Representative is a full-time opportunity that involves the delivery, sales, and merchandising of premium bakery items to various local retailers along a specified route.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Route Sales Representative, you will operate an 18-foot box truck to service local businesses such as gas stations, grocery stores, and schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling customer orders by verifying warehouse pulls and loading the truck.
  • Delivering products by driving to client locations, unloading orders, stocking shelves, and obtaining signatures for receipts.
  • Enhancing product visibility by recommending and setting up displays.
  • Managing inventory by rotating and removing expired or damaged items and issuing credits as necessary.
  • Utilizing a handheld device to create and manage orders.
  • Maintaining the delivery vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
  • Building and sustaining professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Route Sales Representative position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capable of obtaining a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
