The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate journey and overseeing all preboarding processes. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Experience Management: Facilitate a positive experience for candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Preboarding Activities: Oversee all preboarding tasks to prepare new hires for their roles.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage and execute all onboarding and orientation activities for the organization.
- Selection Process Support: Assist in the selection process by coordinating interview schedules, managing the interview workflow, and organizing career fairs.
Ideal candidates will possess expertise in Onboarding, HRIS, Project Management, and act as a Business Partner within the HR framework.
