Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities:
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of residence
Current/active CPR Certification
Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
