Sheetline/Extrusion Operators

Anchor Packaging LLC is seeking a skilled Sheetline/Extrusion Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating plastic sheet extrusion equipment to manufacture high-quality plastic sheet for food packaging.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain plastic extrusion lines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment.
