Job Description:
Palliative Care Specialists play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients with serious illnesses. As a Palliative Care Specialist at Community Medical Centers, you will collaborate with the palliative care physician service and the rest of the palliative care team to provide palliative and health care services to patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provides palliative and health care services to patients in collaboration with the palliative care physician service and the rest of the palliative care team.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved nursing program required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- One year experience in the field of Palliative Care, geriatric or end of life care or a related nursing specialty.
- RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC), to be completed within one year of hire.
