Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Subcontract Management Specialist to support the company's National Security Sector. This role is responsible for managing the overall subcontracting process, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Support proposal activities, including negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements
- Prepare solicitation packages from customer requirements and evaluate subcontractor proposals
- Negotiate price and terms and conditions, and manage subcontract award and post-award activities
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide internal reporting and closeout activities
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to clearly articulate statuses and issues to management, internal partners, and suppliers
- Undergraduate degree preference: Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
