Position: Plastic Extrusion / Injection Operator

  • Compensation: $17/hour, with an additional $1.50/hour shift premium
  • Shift: 2nd Shift (5pm - 3am)
  • Schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
  • Training: Must complete training on 1st shift (7am - 5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the team to manufacture a variety of products, ranging from extruded tubing to tile grout channels and custom fabrications.
  • Conducting visual inspections of parts and documenting findings.
  • Measuring and cutting components to specified lengths.
  • Organizing and stacking parts in preparation for shipment.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure is essential.
  • Familiarity with calipers is required.
  • Capability to assemble components accurately, safely, and efficiently according to job specifications.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs., with team lifting as needed.
