At Bashas', we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Team Lead to join our team at our Main & Stapley Dr location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our retail grocery store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Serve as a leader and role model for your store team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Environment: Create a store environment that is welcoming and attractive to customers and employees alike.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Supervise the merchandising of our general department, ensuring that all products are displayed to store and company standards.
  • Product Availability: Work with our night crew team and day clerks to ensure proper product availability and minimize shrink.
  • Sales and Merchandising Programs: Execute, communicate, and support all Bashas' sales and merchandising programs.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the ordering of general department merchandise, track financial reports, and ensure compliance with health department and weights and measures department guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
