Average earnings range from $79,000 to $125,000+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new clients, acting as a trusted advisor for significant financial decisions.
  • Develop tailored financial strategies for each client, considering their life stage, professional situation, and varying financial requirements.
  • Guide clients in progressing towards their financial aspirations through informed product, plan, and investment suggestions.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, committed to ongoing professional development through training opportunities.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather financial profiles, enabling the provision of sound financial guidance based on individual circumstances, income, goals, and other wealth management factors.
Qualifications:
  • Fundamental understanding of financial products and the financial sector, including roles related to personal financial advising or planning.
  • Strong mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent service for both existing and prospective clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred.
