Job Description

A key member of our team, the Weekend Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of our warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other key metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • At least three years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
