We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide In-Home Therapeutic Services to youth and their families.
- Deliver In-Home Therapeutic Services to young individuals and their families, utilizing both in-person and telehealth methods.
- Starting salary of $50,000 with opportunities for additional earnings.

As a member of our organization, you will provide Therapeutic Support and Mentoring services within the CBHI framework.
Therapeutic Mentors offer tailored assistance to children and youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges in community environments, working closely with a clinical HUB.
Educational and Licensure Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
o A Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline.
o At least one year of experience working with children or adolescents with emotional disturbances.
o Must obtain Community Health Worker Certification in Massachusetts within two years of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Two or more years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Required:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and their families.
- Preferred:
- Experience in strength-based assessment and treatment planning based on clinical insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence.
Essential Skills
· Required:
o Minimum age of 21.
o Access to reliable transportation with valid driving credentials.
o Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs between 8 am and 8 pm.
o Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines.
o Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
o Capability to work in various community settings.
o Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
· Preferred:
o Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Attend meetings and appointments at various locations.
· Maintain accurate records in both electronic and paper formats.
· Participate in care planning meetings for youth receiving services.
· Deliver services professionally while upholding privacy and safety standards.
· Fulfill on-call duties as required.
· Attend regular supervision and training sessions.
· Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
Utilize your skills as a Therapeutic Support professional:
1. Collaborate with the In-Home Therapist to achieve treatment objectives for youth.
2. Assist in risk assessment and safety planning.
3. Support youth in developing vital life skills.
4. Provide guidance in emotional awareness and behavior management.
5. Model positive interactions for youth and families.
6. Engage in ongoing training sessions.
7. Promote teamwork among family members and support networks.
Therapeutic Mentor Duties:
1. Assist youth in enhancing interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
2. Coordinate with other service providers as needed.
3. Create individualized treatment plans aligned with HUB's objectives.
4. Maintain regular communication with the HUB.
5. Ensure precise clinical documentation and authorizations.
6. Attend care plan meetings and provide necessary transportation.
7. Deliver services in accordance with CBHI guidelines.
Reporting Structure: Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Senior Director, or Designee
