Acquisition and Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition and Technical Support Expert to join our team at Harvard University. This individual will be responsible for managing library collections, developing metadata standards, and providing technical support to faculty and students.

About the Role
  • Manage library collections to ensure they meet the research needs of the academic community.
  • Develop and implement metadata standards to support discoverability and accessibility of resources.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in acquisition and technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience. Harvard University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
