Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular nursing, preferably with experience in catheterization laboratories.
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date preferred.

Benefits:
