Compensation and Benefits
We offer an hourly pay range of up to $66 for Registered Nurses (RNs) in Jersey City, New Jersey. This salary is significantly higher than the average industry rate, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our dedicated staff members. Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at IntelyCare, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities;
- Collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop effective care plans;
- Tracking outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff;
- Administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents;
- Making sure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored;
- Informing residents and family members about best care options;
- Drawing blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work;
- Ensuring staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards;
- Verifying accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions;
- Supervising nurses and support staff, providing training as needed;
- Assisting with incident investigations.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN);
- A diploma from an approved nursing program;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience (RN or related role);
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
