We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Specialist to become an integral part of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering essential support to our team, overseeing the scheduling of behavior technicians, training new staff, and assisting the Clinical Director and Business Operations Manager with personnel oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site orientation, training, and supervision for Behavior Technicians
  • Ensure compliance with all BACB, PCP, and agency standards for behavioral programming
  • Timely completion of Service Activity Logs and progress documentation
  • Train and mentor new ABA/Behavioral Technicians
  • Oversee time and attendance, payroll, and address policy violations for technicians
  • Support the execution of behavior analytic programs
  • Maintain adherence to ethical standards of HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethics
Educational / Talent Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Currently enrolled in a master's degree program recognized by the BACB
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Clearance of criminal background and Central Registry must be satisfactory
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in behavioral analytics
  • Experience in providing treatment to individuals with autism
  • Clinical experience in both clinic and home-based ABA programming
