Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collect and record patient health histories, take impressions, and x-rays to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring comfort and satisfaction during dental procedures.
  • Assist the doctor in managing medical and dental emergencies, and maintain infection control procedures to protect patients and staff.
  • Perform front office duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient correspondence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant Program or dental assistant experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service or office experience.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and dental software for charting, treatment planning, and clinical notes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and team player mentality.
Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional Fridays from 8:00am - 12:00pm as needed.
