- Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that highlight our sustainability initiatives.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to develop key content projects.
- Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints.
- Monitor and review brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building materials/consumer products/retail industry.
- Knowledge in developing and writing multi-channel content, including social media, digital content management, and storytelling.
